Silver Creek is a nine story building with a central core with a lobby and shops, restaurants, and lounges in a skylighted atrium and three residential wings extending out from the core. Encompassing more than 7 acres under one roof, it houses 239 residential units in addition to shops, restaurants, lounges, indoor/ outdoor pool, aauna and skier facilities.
